This website, www.refulgenttech.com, is operated by Refulgent Technologies LLC (“Refulgent”, “we”, “us”), an IT consulting, software development, training and staffing company with offices at 15 Corporate Pl S #212, Piscataway, NJ 08854, USA, and Building No. 9 (Orion Towers), Unit 5A, Mindspace Cyberabad, Madhapur, Hyderabad 500081, India.
This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies only to this website and the forms on it.

Information collected automatically
- Server logs. Like most websites, our web server records technical details of each visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the date and time. These logs are used to operate and secure the website.
- Spam protection. When you submit a form, your IP address is stored temporarily (for about 15 minutes) to limit repeated submissions.
We do not use analytics, advertising or social-media tracking tools on this website.
How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry and to provide information about our services.
- To consider you for the position you applied for and, with the consent you give on the application form, for other current or future roles that match your profile.
- To communicate with you about your application or enquiry.
- To operate, maintain and protect this website, including preventing spam and abuse.

We use your information because you have asked us to (for example, by sending an enquiry), because you have consented (for example, when you submit your resume), because we have a legitimate interest in running our business and website securely, or because the law requires it.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We share it only as follows:
- Within Refulgent — with our staff in the United States and India who need it to respond to you or to process your application.
- Client organisations — if you apply for a job, we may share your resume and relevant details with client companies for roles you are being considered for.
- Service providers — companies that host this website and provide our email service, who process information on our behalf.
- Legal reasons — where required by law, regulation or legal process, or to protect our rights, our users or others.
- Business transfers — as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
Third-party services on this website
- Web3Forms — messages sent through our Contact form are delivered to us by email through Web3Forms, a form-delivery service, which processes the details you enter in order to send them. Job applications are sent directly from our own server.
- Google Maps — the map on our Contact page is provided by Google. Google may collect information, including cookies, when the map loads.
- LinkedIn — our website links to our LinkedIn page. LinkedIn’s own privacy policy applies once you visit it.
These providers handle information under their own privacy policies, including Google’s Privacy Policy.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not set its own cookies and does not use analytics or advertising trackers. Third-party services described above, such as the embedded Google Map, may set their own cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
How long we keep information
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of our communications. We keep job applications and resumes for as long as needed for recruitment, including for future opportunities you consented to, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. We may keep some information longer where the law requires it. Server logs are kept for a limited period by our hosting provider.
Security
This website is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and we use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
International transfers
We operate in the United States and India, and our service providers may store information in other countries. Your information may therefore be transferred to and processed in countries other than the one where you live, with appropriate safeguards as required by applicable law.
Your rights and choices

This website is intended for businesses and job seekers. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it was last changed. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
